My First Internship Day at MetaGruppen

🚀 Today I kicked off my first student internship (LIA 1) at MetaGruppen, and what an educational first day it has been! 🚀
Right from the start, I got to dive straight into the business and see how they work in practice, thanks to my supervisor Patric Melander! Here is a little bit of what my day consisted of:
- Tech & Tools: The day started with a thorough walkthrough of the company's own SEO tool, MetaRanking. It was super exciting to get an insight into how they strategically analyze and work with search engine optimization.
- Workflows & Meetings: I got to join a team meeting where both completed and upcoming tasks were reviewed. We also discussed the transition to their new internal communication system. Very fun to immediately get a feel for the company culture and their processes!
- Practical SEO Work: Of course, I also got to pitch in right away! My first task was to go through a client's blog posts and strategically build up relevant internal links to strengthen the website's SEO.
